NOTICE OF RETURN POLICY
Dragon Bicycles, LLC. very much appreciates your business. Your satisfaction is important to us and that is why we offer a generous return policy. You may return new, very lightly used products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping fee and restocking fee. The restocking fee will be applied if the bike is scratched, shows great usage, or other things that make the bicycle difficult to resell.
New, lightly used products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original box and/or packaging. Please include a printed receipt with your return to Dragon Bicycles.
Inspect your product immediately upon receiving it. If you note any damage, please do not use the product and contact our Customer Service Center (206 637 4999) immediately to arrange for an exchange.
Used products, bikes, or bike frames in good condition will be issued credit applied to your customer account. We will not accept the return of damaged products, except as noted above. Please include a printed receipt with your return to Dragon Bicycles.
RETURNING A PRODUCT
You will receive a full refund, minus the return shipping cost and restocking fee, for products returned in new, very lightly or unused condition, as described above. Credit will be issued to your customer account for the return of a used product in good condition as described above. Refunds and credits are issued promptly upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department after inspection is complete.
Damaged bikes that fall within the six year warranty will be reviewed on a case by case basis for frame defects, and if accepted as a return, will incur a damage fee as well as the return shipping fee, except as noted above. Accidents and crashes while riding the Dragon that damage the frame are not covered by our warranty, however we know you love your Dragon and we will work with you to get you back on a Dragon for a substantially reduced price
RETURNS SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please contact our Customer Service Center for returns firstname.lastname@example.org. We will generate and send you a return label. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at the shipping office noted on your shipping label, either UPS or FedEx.
Please allow 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our Return Center. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.
