Notice of Return Policy

Dragon Bicycles, LLC. very much appreciates your business.  Your satisfaction is important to us and that is why we offer a generous return policy. You may return new, unused products purchased from us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the return shipping fee. 

  • New, unused products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, and with the original box and/or packaging.  Please include a printed receipt with your return to Dragon Bicycles.
  • Used products, bikes, or bike frames in good condition will be issued store credit in the form of credits applied to your customer account. We will not accept the return of products damaged due to abuse or misuse.  Please include a printed receipt with your return to Dragon Bicycles.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

You will receive a full refund, minus the return shipping cost, for products returned in new, unused condition.  Store credit will be issued in the form of credits applied to your account for the return of a used product in good condition as described above. Refunds and credits are issued promptly upon receipt of your return by our Returns Department. RETURNS SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please contact our Customer Service Center for returns cs@dragonbicycles.com. We will generate and send you a return label. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at the shipping office noted on your shipping label, either UPS or FedEx.
