  • What does my Dragon warranty cover?

    Well, just about everything. We want to help you get back on your Dragon as soon as possible.  Give us a call and we'll do everything we can to help you out.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    This depends; our Dragons fly off the shelf, but if you call us soon enough after your order we might be able to change or cancel.

  • Can my Dragon carbon frame be repaired?

    Yes, but also no. Yes, there are places to have your carbon Dragon repaired. Do we suggest you have your Dragon repaired? No, not really. Carbon is very different than steel, and not easily repaired. Please call or email us and we will do all we can to help you with your Dragon.

  • How do I fit myself to a Dragon Bicycle?

    The Dragon Easy Fit tool! Just enter a few ordinary measurements and riding specifications and we handle the rest. A bicycle frame is built with specific measurements and ratios that correspond to a person's height, inseem, riding style etc. Once we know those numbers, the rest is easy. 

  • My Dragon arrives at my house fully assembled and fully tuned - can i open the box and ride?

    Definitely.  Very carefully snip off the cardboard sleeves (we hate zip-ties too, but we can't find anything more reliable sorry just be careful), install your front wheel, adjust your seat (we've even included the hex key), and you're ready to ride in less than 3 minutes.  No mechanical knowledge needed, no greasy hands.

  • What is my Dragon's warranty?

    Your Dragon is covered by an industry leading six year warranty. If you have a problem with your Dragon, we will make it right for you.

  • What does custom fit mean?

    Each Dragon bicycle is matched to its would-be owner with the help of our Dragon Fitting Tool, and then customized to the needs of the body measurements and riding styles. Each Dragon is unique. Each Dragon is uniquely measured to fit you. We use the best method for fitting riders to their bikes by taking into account what's known as the stack and reach based on the measurements you gave us.

  • How long will shipping take for my dragon?

    About four to seven days (weekends included here, none of that business day only nonsense). 

  • How do I return or exchange my dragon?

    Give us a call! Send us an email, whatever is easiest for you, we're available to help! We will work with you to help you return your Dragon without any hassle.

  • Can I become a sponsored Dragon?

    Totally. We want the world to experience the radness of cycling. Do you have a bike team in your neighborhood? Do you like talking bikes? Reach out to us, it's easy.

  • What's a Bahamut?

    The Bahamut is our Carbon Road Bike, so named after the mythical Japanese dragon of the same name.  Bahamuts are powerful, trustworthy, and loyal.  Sounds like good qualities for a bike to have, so instead of calling our bike something dumb like Dragon C, Bahamut was created.  Plus our kids really like the Dragon names.  

  • why is the dragon box so big?

    Mattresses, tables, rugs, bails of hay, all can be ordered online and delivered to your home.  So why not bikes?  Please recycle your shipping box once you've decided to keep your Dragon.  

  • What is the order status of my dragon?

    You will receive an order confirmation email when you purchase. You can always log into your Dragon account for order and shipping information. 

  • should i save my shipping box?

    Yes!  Just in case you don't fall in love with your Dragon, you've got thirty days to test out the bike.  In order to get the bike back to us in Seattle, we'll need you to hold on to your shipping box.
