  • How do I return or exchange my dragon?

    Call or email us within the 30 day test period. Simply make sure to keep the bike in new condition and repack the bike in its original shipping box.  The cost to return the bike is $99, which we will deduct from the refund once we receive the return.  

  • What does my Dragon warranty cover?

    Your Dragon, simple as that.  We want to help you get back on your Dragon as soon as possible.  Give us a call and we'll do everything we can to help you out.

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    This depends; our Dragons fly off the shelf, but if you call us soon enough after your order we might be able to change or cancel.

  • Can I become a sponsored Dragon?

    Totally. We want the world to experience the radness of cycling. Do you have a bike team in your neighborhood? Do you like talking bikes? Reach out to us, it's easy.

  • why is the dragon box so big?

    Mattresses, tables, rugs, bails of hay, all can be ordered online and delivered to your home.  So why not bikes?  Please recycle your shipping box once you've decided to keep your Dragon.  

  • What is the order status of my dragon?

    You will receive an order confirmation email when you purchase, and a second email with the shipment tracking information. You can always log into your Dragon account for order and shipping information. 

  • should i save my shipping box?

    Yes!  Just in case you don't fall in love with your Dragon, you've got thirty days to test out the bike.  In order to get the bike back to us in Seattle, we'll need you to hold on to your shipping box.
